Cash Money Records Cash Money Records is an American record label founded in 1991 by the brothers: Bryan “Baby” Williams aka Birdman and Ronald Williams aka Slim. The distributing label of Cash Money is Universal and Baby and Slim have both been featured on “CNBC’s Newbos: The Rise of America’s New Black Overclass”, which is a documentary show on TV profiling several black multi-millionaires. All of the artists signed to Lil Wayne’s label, Young Money Entertainment, are also signed to Cash Money Records and you can view all the other artists signed to CMR below including some notes on them. Baby and Slim are also in the works of setting up a Cash Money Records UK label where they will sign artists from the United Kingdom, and it looks like Sabrina Washington will be the first music artist to sign to CMRUK.

Weezy is the founder of Young Money Entertainment and has won four Grammy awards in his career. Kevin Rudolf Real name:Kevin Rudolf Place of birth: Miami, Florida, United States Notes: Kevin Rudolf is a singer, songwriter, and record producer from Miami, Florida. Kevin grew up in New York and originally found success for his hit single with Lil Wayne called “Let It Rock”. He has released two albums on CMR called: In The City and To the Sky. Bow Wow Real name: Shad Gregory Moss Place of birth: Columbus, Ohio, United States Notes: Shad Gregory Moss, better known by his stage name Bow Wow, is a rapper and actor from Ohio. Like Lil Wayne, Bow Weezy started in the rap game at a young age, and released his debut album at the age of 13. Bow Wow is currently working on his Cash Money debut album, Who Is Shad Moss? Dawezle Real name: Kwesi Atiso Carter Jr Place of birth: Kotobabi, Greater Accra, Ghana Notes: Kwesi Atiso Carter Jr, better known by nick name Dawezle, joined Cash Money Records when he was a young teenager. He is the first person to join this record from Africa, Ghana to be precise. He is a co-founder of Young Money Entertainment and has featured in some of Lil Wayne's videos. Jay Sean Real name: Kamaljit Singh Jhooti Place of birth: Brent, London, England Notes: Kamaljit Singh Jhooti, better known by his stage name Jay Sean, is a singer and songwriter from England. He announced that he signed to Cash Money Records during the MOBO awards in 2008, and he has already had a #1 record on the label with Lil Wayne titled “Down”. Brisco Real name: British Alexander Mitchell Place of birth: Opa-Locka, Florida, United States Notes: British Alexander Mitchell, better known by his stage name Brisco, is a rapper from Opa-Locka. Brisco is also signed to another label called Poe Boy Entertainment and has worked on plenty of records with Lil Wayne and Flo Rida. His debut album, Street Medicine, is set to drop later this year.
